We currently employ many different nationalities within both our Head Office in Invercargill along with each of our branches throughout New Zealand - next year we'll be celebrating five different generations of team members working here at SBS! We're currently working on a more formal diversity and inclusion programme that will help us consider all aspect of diversity and inclusion within our SBS team (as well as our external partnerships) including gender, cultural diversity, age, LGBTQIA diversity and team members with disabilities.

Ok, so we’re not the biggest bank. But we’re very proud to be a New Zealand bank with all our team members right here. From our Contact Centre in Invercargill to our northernmost branch in Tauranga and 14 branches in between – it’s a special culture we’re all part of.

With so many of our Members saying ‘thanks, but no thanks’ to paper statements, we’re now posting 330,000 fewer statements a year. That's a lot of paper and envelopes saved!
