How to reset your PIN: 
 

Step 1: Tap the "Reset PIN" option underneath the number pad

 

Step 2: Enter your Internet Banking password and tap "Continue"

 

Step 3: Enter a new PIN number

 

Step 4: Re enter your new PIN number - If you receive an error message at this stage, you will need to try again choosing a PIN that you have not used previously.

 

Step 5: You’re Done
